Patna: Just like every year, plans are being made to make Ravana Dahan at Gandhi Maidan in Patna unique and memorable this year. The Dussehra Committee is planning to do something completely different this year in consideration of this endeavor. The view of Patna’s Gandhi Maidan will be different this time around during Lanka Dahan.

An attempt has been made to create an extremely thrilling program in order to make Vijaya Dashami Day unique. This presentation will feature an entire army of monkeys in Gandhi Maidan in Patna, in addition to Hanuman. which Hanuman ji will use to set fire to the golden Lanka’s two stories.
Kumbhkaran, Ravana, and Meghnad will also be exceptional:
The Ravana effigy being crafted at Gandhi Maidan in Patna this year would be ten feet taller than the one from the previous year. According to Kamal Nopani, Chairman of the Dussehra Committee, this year’s effigies of Ravana, Meghnath, and Kumbhkarna would stand ten feet taller than they did the year before.
According to him, this year marks the 69th anniversary of Ravana Dahan in Patna’s Gandhi Maidan. This time, Meghnad will be 70 feet in size, Kumbhkaran will be 75 feet, and Ravana will be 80 feet. The unique aspect of this event will be the use of environmentally friendly crackers inside the effigies and vibrant pyrotechnics. During this period, there will be fireworks for roughly thirty minutes.
When should we arrive at Gandhi Maidan?
The Lanka Dahan event will conclude by 6:30 p.m., as it does each year. Approximately two hours prior to this, the main program begins. Golden Lanka and Ashok Vatika are being constructed right in Gandhi Maidan. All three effigies, including Ravana, will be positioned by October 11.
People from far and wide congregate to watch the program. The district administration will set up security measures with this in mind. Gandhi Maidan is preparing a security cordon.
In this program, the governor and the chief minister also take part. Numerous government ministers, leaders, and MLAs also make their imprint alongside them. The government has begun blocking off Gandhi Maidan in such a scenario.
