Vande Bharat Express from New Delhi to Patna will run from today. The train will cover 1000 km in 11 hours and 35 minutes. This is the first long distance semi-high-speed train in the country. The train will help the passengers who have not yet reached their hometown after Diwali. However, for the time being, the train will be operated as a Special train on selected days between the two capitals.

Vande Bharat Express from Patna to New Delhi will cover the 1000 km distance in 11 hours 35 minutes. This train will be the second quickest train on the route after New Delhi- Dibrugarh Railways Rajdhani. The train from New Delhi to Howrah Duronto Express will cover the same distance at 11:55 hours and 12:15 hours respectively.
From now onwards, this train in blue & white colour will run for 3 days in every direction. The train will begin its journey from New Delhi Railway Station on the 11th, 14th and 16th November. Meanwhile, this New Age train will depart from Patna Junction Railway Station on the 12th, 15th and 17th November 2023.
If you’re travelling by train from New Delhi to Patna on the Delhi-New Delhi Express, you’ll be able to choose from 16 coaches in the New Delhi – Patna Express Special. It’s a semi-fast train, so you’ll get two different types of seating – an AC Chair Car and an Executive Chair Car.

The train departs from New Delhi at 7:25 AM and will reach Patna Junction at 7:00 PM. On the way, it will make stops at five railway stations – Kanpur Central and Prayagraj, DD UPadhyaya, Buxar, and Ara Junction. It will be back to the national capital by 7:30 AM, arriving at 7:00 PM.
