At Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 in Barcelona, OnePlus has introduced its second iteration of the watch. The OnePlus Watch 2 boasts several enhancements compared to its predecessor, which was initially launched in India in 2021. These upgrades encompass an extended battery life, enhanced design, improved features, and it operates on Google’s most recent Wear OS 4.
Design of OnePlus Watch 2 :
Taking inspiration from the design of the OnePlus 12 series, the OnePlus Watch 2 showcases a 2.5D sapphire crystal cover, complemented by a robust chassis crafted from US military standard MIL-STD-810H stainless steel. This cutting-edge smartwatch not only offers IP68 water and dust resistance but also maintains a lightweight profile, weighing approximately 49g without the strap and around 80g with the strap attached.

The OnePlus Watch 2 boasts a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels and a peak brightness of up to 600 nits. Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon W5 SoC and the BES 2700 MCU Efficiency chipset, the latest smartwatch utilizes the Snapdragon chipset for demanding tasks like managing Google apps, while the Efficiency chipset handles background processes and simpler tasks. Running on Google’s Wear OS 4, the OnePlus Watch 2 comes with a single configuration offering 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.
Featuring a 500 mAh battery, the OnePlus Watch 2 is capable of providing up to 100 hours of battery life in ‘smart mode’ and up to 48 hours in ‘heavy use’. OnePlus states that the Watch 2 can be fully charged in just 60 minutes using a 7.5W VOOC fast charger.

The OnePlus Watch 2 will be sold for ₹24,999 in India and can be purchased from various online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Reliance, Croma, and OnePlus Experience stores starting at 12pm on March 4, 2024, during an open sale event.
Moreover, OnePlus is providing a ₹2,000 immediate discount for buyers who use the ICICI Bank OneCard for payment. Additionally, customers who connect their device to the Red Cable Club between February 26th and March 31st will receive an extra ₹1,000 discount.
