“Unprecedented Security Measures for Jan 22nd with Anti-Terror Squad, Drones, and 10,000 CCTVs”

Ayodhya, situated in Uttar Pradesh, is being fortified to an unprecedented level in preparation for the grand consecration ceremony of the Ram Lalla idol on January 22 at the Shri Ram Mandir. This highly anticipated event has captured the attention of the entire country, prompting the deployment of thousands of security personnel, an extensive network of CCTV cameras, a fleet of drones, and expert teams to ensure the safety and success of the ceremony.

As rituals leading up to the consecration are already underway at the Ram temple, the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who will be leading the ceremony, adds to the significance of the occasion.

The Uttar Pradesh Police has assigned a specialized task force to ensure comprehensive security for the upcoming Ram temple complex in Ayodhya, as stated by a senior government official earlier this week.

Officials have also mentioned that multilingual policemen in plain clothes will be deployed around the Ayodhya Ram Temple.

In addition to the Uttar Pradesh Police, personnel from the Central forces have been stationed at key locations in Ayodhya in anticipation of the highly sensitive Ram Mandir inauguration ceremony. This event holds great significance as it takes place 32 years after the demolition of the Babri Masjid by ‘kar sevaks’, who aimed to establish a temple in its place.

The construction of the temple became possible due to a historic Supreme Court judgement in 2019, which resolved the long-standing dispute between the temple and mosque.
