Furthermore, the police interrogated one of the teenager’s friends and the driver who were present in the car during the incident in Kalyani Nagar area of Pune.
The grandfather was interrogated due to his ownership in the realty firm that possessed the Porsche car. The teenager’s friend was questioned to confirm the sequence of events.
The police stated that the teenager desired to drive the high-powered car. The driver contacted his father to inform him of the teenager’s request. The father instructed the driver to allow his son to drive the vehicle.
The authorities have confiscated the father’s phone to verify this information.
The driver may be presented as a witness, as per PTI.
