She highlighted the significant savings of over Rs 2.2 lakh crore resulting from the effective implementation of the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme. Sitharaman underscored the importance of implementation in governance, noting that Prime Minister Modi’s personal dedication plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of various initiatives.
Speaking at the launch event of the book “The Art of Implementation: How Modi Ki Guarantee Is Delivered,” Sitharaman praised the Prime Minister’s commitment to working tirelessly, beyond mere rhetoric, towards the vision of “24×7 for 2047.” She credited Modi’s hands-on approach and attention to detail for the government’s remarkable implementation record, which sets it apart from previous administrations.

She emphasized the importance of leveraging technology for verification, which led to substantial savings and prevented funds from being misdirected.
The event also featured anecdotes from BJP leader Vinay Sahasrabuddhe’s experiences working closely with Modi. He highlighted Modi’s innovative thinking and recounted instances where the Prime Minister’s vision paved the way for groundbreaking initiatives, such as the inclusion of Sudha Yadav, a Kargil war widow, as a candidate in the Lok Sabha elections.
Jammu & Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha lauded the Prime Minister’s revolutionary efforts, including providing housing to four crore poor families, opening bank accounts for 50 crore people, and distributing 11 crore LPG connections. Sahasrabuddhe emphasized that Modi’s success is not merely a result of magic but stems from his relentless hard work and dedication to serving the nation.
