Due to a significant technical issue, IndiGo Airlines’ operations were impacted on Saturday, causing prolonged delays and disruptions at multiple airports.
“Our website and booking system are currently being impacted by a brief network-wide system outage. Customers may see lengthier lines at the airport and delayed check-in times as a result, the airline stated in a statement.
There has been an issue with the booking system since 12 p.m. At 1:05 pm, the operations were momentarily resumed. Still, the system remained unavailable.
The business continued by saying that their staff is attempting to resolve the issue, help everyone, and guarantee a trouble-free travel. “Be assured, we are working diligently to restore stability and normalcy as quickly as possible,” IndiGo stated.
Pictures that were allegedly taken at the airports and posted online showed enormous lines of people waiting to check in.
