The company has announced that the forthcoming midsize SUV can be reserved by paying a nominal sum of ₹25,000.

Prior to the launch of the Hyundai Creta facelift in India, which is set to take place on January 16, the car manufacturer has announced that bookings for the vehicle are now open in the country. Interested customers have the option to reserve the upcoming SUV by paying a nominal amount of ₹25,000. According to the South Korean automaker, bookings can be made either online or at authorized dealerships.

Variants:
The Hyundai Creta facelift will be offered in a total of seven variants: E, EX, S, S(O), SX, SX Tech, and SX(O). Additionally, customers will have the choice of six mono-tone colors, namely Abyss Black, Atlas White, Fiery Red, Ranger Khaki, Robust Emerald Pearl, and Titan Grey. There will also be a dual-tone option available, which combines Atlas White with a Black Roof.

Powertrain:
The updated model will be equipped with three different engines, including both petrol and diesel options. One of the highlights is the new and sporty 1.5-litre turbocharged GDi petrol engine. Each engine variant will come with one of the four available transmission options.

Cabin:
Inside the cabin, the SUV boasts a larger touchscreen infotainment system positioned at the center of a subtly yet significantly redesigned dashboard. Expectations are that it will also feature a 360-degree camera, updated AC vents, a fully digital instrument cluster with a larger display, and touch-based control panels, among other enhancements.

Rivals:
Once it hits the market, the Hyundai Creta facelift will face competition from other midsize SUVs such as the Honda Elevate, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Kia Seltos, and Volkswagen Taigun.
