She also expressed her concern over the latest rail accident in Jharkhand, emphasizing the need for the government to address the recurring tragedies on railway tracks.
Citizens are facing daily hardships as a result of the lack of attention to train safety, according to TMC’s Sagarika Ghose. She criticized the government for neglecting the basic safety measures for trains, following a train derailment in Jharkhand that resulted in two fatalities. Ghose also mentioned that Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw is preoccupied with election management for the BJP in states where elections are approaching.
The JMM condemned the central government for the train accident in Jharkhand and criticized both the Centre and the BJP. The party emphasized that Chief Minister Hemant Soren and the INDIA bloc were not connected to the incident. Additionally, JMM called on the Centre to instruct the Railways Minister to prioritize railway safety over social media activities.
