The official social media account of the Congress Party has recently shared a viral video, alleging that Chinese soldiers trespassed onto Indian territory and engaged in a confrontation with local herdsmen. Following the circulation of this video on social media platforms, the Congress Party strongly criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi. They are now urging for decisive measures to be taken against China in response to this malicious act.

‘China is not desisting from its actions’

Congress posted on Twitter, “China continues to persist in its actions. A video has emerged from Ladakh, depicting Chinese soldiers preventing shepherds from accessing our territory. The Chinese soldiers even engaged in a confrontation with the herdsmen. How audacious of China to trespass on our land! Will Prime Minister Modi once again absolve China of any wrongdoing and claim that no one has entered? The government must convey a resolute message to China regarding this malicious act.”

Shepherds stopped by the Chinese soldiers

According to reports, the occurrence occurred on January 2nd when the shepherds were halted by Chinese soldiers who were conducting patrols in Dungti village of Nyoma, situated in the border region between India and China. The incident took place in the Kakjung area of Nyoma village, located in the Chushul Valley of Ladakh. This region lies on the border of Tibet and is under the control of China.
