Elvish Yadav’s First Night Behind Bars: Restless in Noida Jail, Adapting to New Routine

Elvish Yadav, who gained fame from his appearance on Bigg Boss, has been accused under the NDPS Act and is currently in police custody. A court in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, has ordered him to be held for 14 days. Following the court’s decision, he has been transferred to the district jail in Gautam Buddha Nagar.

Currently, Elvish Yadav is being held at Greater Noida jail. He is currently being kept in the quarantine barrack, but it is expected that he will soon be moved to a high-security barrack. On Sunday night, he had a light meal in jail, but sources have reported that he spent the entire night awake and appeared restless.

It should be noted that Noida Police arrested YouTuber Elvish Yadav on Sunday for his alleged involvement in the use of snake venom for intoxication at a party four months ago. This information was provided by the officers. Yadav was subsequently presented before a special court in Surajpur, which ordered him to be held in judicial custody for 14 days.

Yadav, who is 26 years old, is one of the six individuals named as accused in the FIR filed at Sector-49 police station on November 3 of last year. While the other five accused have been arrested, they are currently out on bail.

Case registered under these sections

The police have stated that the case has been filed under the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, as well as Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 120B, 284, and 289. Additionally, charges have been included under the NDPS Act for drug prevention, leading to the arrest of Yadav from Gurugram, Haryana.
