“Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal Set to Participate in Vipassana Meditation from December 19th to 30th”

According to officials on Saturday, Arvind Kejriwal, the national convener of the Aam Aadmi Party and Delhi’s Chief Minister, will partake in a 10-day Vipassana meditation program next week. It’s noted that he regularly participates in this annual 10-day Vipassana course.

Arvind Kejriwal is scheduled to depart for an undisclosed destination on December 19, immediately following the conclusion of the winter session of the Delhi Assembly, as reported by PTI. Engaging in the ancient Indian meditation practice of Vipassana, Kejriwal aims to immerse himself in this technique, known for its emphasis on silence and abstention from all forms of communication, including verbal and gestural, for an extended duration. This method is recognized for its potential to rejuvenate mental well-being.

The Delhi Chief Minister has dedicated considerable time to the practice of Vipassana, making it an integral part of his routine for an extended period. In previous years, Kejriwal has actively pursued this ancient meditation system, undertaking sessions in various locations such as Bengaluru and Jaipur. His commitment to this form of meditation underscores its significance in his personal quest for mental clarity and well-being.
