“CBSE Takes Action: Registration of 26 Bihar Schools Cancelled Over Facility Concerns”

The registration of 26 schools in Bihar has been cancelled by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) due to their failure to meet the board’s prescribed standards for educational facilities.

Despite repeated directives from the CBSE’s monitoring body, these schools, including well-known institutions like Patna Muslim High School, AVN English School, and Doon Public School, have persistently neglected to provide adequate provisions and amenities for their students. It has been discovered that these schools have been charging exorbitant fees without corresponding facilities. Despite reminders to improve their facilities, these schools prioritized financial gains over fulfilling the essential educational requirements. As a result, the CBSE has made the firm decision to revoke their registrations.

CBSE’s List of Schools Blacklisted
The CBSE has compiled a comprehensive list of schools that have been blacklisted due to various reasons. This list, which can be easily accessed on the CBSE’s official website, includes several notable institutions such as RD Public School in Hajipur, Takshila School in Muzaffarpur, Rise High Public School in Aurangabad, Arya Bal Shanti Niketan in Munger, and Ramashray Roy Public School in Darbhanga, among others. It is strongly advised by the CBSE that parents refrain from admitting their children into these institutions, considering the cancellation of their recognition.

In a compassionate move, the CBSE has granted special consideration to approximately 7,000 students who were preparing for upcoming board examinations. These students will be allowed to proceed with their exams despite their schools being blacklisted. However, it is important to note that any fresh registrations from these schools for the current academic session will be considered invalid.

The CBSE’s decisive action carries significant implications for educational institutions, highlighting the crucial importance of upholding necessary standards to ensure the well-being and advancement of students.
