Bulldozer Action Taken: Bakery of Ayodhya Gang-Rape Accused Demolished !

Ayodhya: The local authorities have taken action to demolish the bakery owned by Samajwadi Party leader Moin Khan, who is implicated in the gang-rape case involving a 12-year-old girl in Ayodhya. On Saturday, officials from the Food Safety Department conducted a raid on Khan’s bakery, confiscating the products being prepared there for further examination.

The establishment has been sealed as part of the proceedings. Moin Khan faces allegations of gang-raping the minor within the premises of the bakery. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addressed this matter in the state Assembly, questioning the Samajwadi Party regarding the lack of action against their leader thus far. He emphasized that no perpetrator would evade justice.

Earlier on Friday, Yogi Adityanath had met with the victim’s family and promised them that severe measures would be taken against those responsible. Following the Chief Minister’s commitment, Moin Khan faced consequences. Moin Khan, a member of the SP, and his employee reportedly assaulted a 12-year-old girl in his bakery located in the Purakalandar police station jurisdiction in Ayodhya.

The accused, Moin Khan, has close ties with Samajwadi Party MP Awadhesh Prasad from Faizabad. In the meantime, Ratan Sharma, the in-charge of the Purakalandar police station, and Akhilesh Gupta, the in-charge of the Bhadarsa outpost, have been relieved of their duties. Additionally, SDM Sohawal and revenue officials have visited the residence of the accused SP member, Moin Khan. The assessment of the accused SP member’s assets and properties has commenced. The victim’s mother mentioned that the CM has guaranteed that the assets of the accused SP member will be scrutinized and appropriate action will be taken against any illicit properties.
