New Delhi :The leads for Haryana are now indicating that the BJP is poised to make a hat-trick in the state, after previously suggesting that the Congress would win with ease. As of 12:07 p.m., the BJP leads in 49 of the 90 Assembly seats in the state, while the Congress leads in 34.
According to a total of seven exit polls, the BJP will win 26 seats and the Congress will win 55, which is 10 higher than the halfway point of 45.
Party supporters started dancing as dhols were played outside the Congress headquarters in New Delhi even before the counting began. Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini expressed confidence that the BJP will form the government in Haryana for the third time in a row.

Haryana will continue to profit from the kind of system that former Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar established for a very long time. It is our obligation to take this good work ahead,” Mr Saini, who took over as the chief minister from Mr Khattar in March, told reporters this morning.
Congress supporters tempered their celebrations after indications suggested that the BJP will once more establish a government in the state, but they remained optimistic about the party’s victory.
The BJP secured 40 seats, the Congress 31, and the Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) 10. These results were obtained in the 2019 Haryana Assembly elections. With the JJP’s backing, the BJP formed a government, and Dushyant Chautala was appointed deputy chief minister. After Mr. Saini was appointed chief minister, the post-election partnership came to an end.
After winning all ten of the state’s Lok Sabha seats in 2019, the BJP only managed to win five of them in Haryana. The Assembly elections in both the state and Jammu and Kashmir provide the party with a chance to demonstrate its popularity with voters, as it did not secure a majority on its own in the general elections for the first time in ten years.
