“Bengaluru Blast Suspect: On the Move – Bus Rides and Clothing Changes Caught on CCTV”

According to investigation officials, the individual involved in the Rameshwaram Cafe blast incident in Bengaluru altered both their attire and appearance multiple times following the explosion. After carefully examining the CCTV footage, it was revealed that the suspect appeared in three distinct outfits across the three received videos, as stated by official sources.

The initial video captured the suspect’s arrival at the cafe around 11:45 am on March 1, where they proceeded to plant an Improvised Explosive Device (IED). In this particular footage, law enforcement observed the suspect donning a full-sleeve shirt, a light-colored polo cap, eyeglasses, and a face mask.

In a separate incident captured by another CCTV camera, the suspect was seen boarding a different bus at approximately 2.30 pm. During this time, he was wearing a purple half-sleeve T-shirt and a black cap. However, he was still wearing a mask but had no glasses.

In the third CCTV footage obtained from Bellary Central Bus Stand, recorded at around 9 pm, the suspect was not wearing a cap or glasses.

According to official sources, the analysis of the CCTV footage before and after the explosion revealed that the accused deliberately altered his appearance, indicating that the blast was premeditated.

Sources also mentioned that the accused appeared calm and composed, showing no signs of urgency.

Despite the identification of the suspect through the CCTV footage, the police have been unable to locate him even after eight days since the blast. Multiple investigation teams have been established, and an extensive search operation is currently underway.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA), which has taken charge of the investigation, has announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh for any information that leads to the arrest of the suspect.

Meanwhile, The Rameshwaram Cafe in Brookfield, where the low-intensity explosion occurred, reopened on Friday with enhanced security measures and a celebratory atmosphere.
