The Civil Services Examination (CSE) final result for the year 2023 has been officially announced by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) today, on April 16th. Candidates who had registered and appeared for the exam can now access their results on the official websites – upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in.
Steps to Download the UPSC CSE Result
- Visit the official website at upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in.
- Click on the result link for the specified examination displayed on the homepage.
- The result pdf will be displayed on the screen.
- Check, and download the result for future reference.
The outcome announced is determined by the scores achieved by the applicants in the written examination conducted by the UPSC in September 2023 and the interviews for the personality assessment held from January 2 to April 9, 2024. In total, 1016 candidates have been selected for placement in different positions, such as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and Group A and B Central Services.
