Bail Over Jail: Supreme Court’s Stand on Money Laundering Cases !

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court ruled that, even in cases of money laundering under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), the rule of law is bail and the exception is incarceration.
