The Ayodhya edition of the Deepotsav is all set for 2023! Over a more than 24 lakh lamps lamps have been lit up on 51 ghats of Ram ki Paidi, making it the world’s biggest lighting event. The 7th edition of the event will be kicked off today, Saturday, by Chief Minister Yogi.
The Diwali in Ayodhya is set to be a memorable one, as the city is being adorned for the divine celebration. Additionally, the Ram temple is being given the final touches for its inauguration. As is the tradition, preparations are underway to light up Ram Nagari. This year, a world record of 24 lakh lamps will be illuminated at 51 ghats in Ayodhya, with pilgrims arriving from various places, including the tribal population of Pakur district in Jharkhand, to witness this spectacular festival of lights.
