“2024 Honda CBR600RR” Hits European Roads with Thrilling Launch !

Honda has recently introduced the 2024 CBR600RR in Europe, marking the return of this Japanese supersport motorcycle after a long hiatus. While staying true to its predecessor’s character, the new CBR600RR also draws inspiration from the latest CBR model in the litre class category, resulting in a captivating blend of classic and modern design elements.

One of the standout features of the new Honda CBR600RR is its sleek and aggressive bodywork, which perfectly embodies the essence of a true supersport motorcycle. With its low clip-ons, rear set footpegs, and a crouched riding position, the CBR600RR exudes a dynamic and sporty appeal. Additionally, Honda has retained the underseat exhaust system from the previous model, adding to its overall aesthetic.

The 2024 CBR600RR is available in two striking paint schemes – Grand Pix Red and Matte Ballistic Black, allowing riders to choose their preferred style.

Under the hood, Honda has equipped the CBR600RR with a powerful 599cc inline four-cylinder engine, delivering an impressive output of 119bhp and 63Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox, which features a quickshifter for seamless clutchless upshifts. In terms of electronics, the new CBR600RR boasts a range of advanced features, including a fully digital TFT display, traction control, a six-axis IMU, five riding modes (including one custom mode), anti-wheelie function, and dual-channel ABS.

The hardware components of the 2024 Honda CBR600RR are equally impressive. It features fully adjustable Showa USD front forks and a monoshock, ensuring optimal suspension performance. Braking duties are handled by twin 310mm front discs and a 220mm rear disc, providing excellent stopping power. The motorcycle rides on 17-inch wheels wrapped in Dunlop tires, with a 120/70 front and 180/55 rear configuration.

As for the pricing, the new Honda CBR600RR is priced at EUR 12,140 (approximately Rs. 11.06 lakh without taxes). Currently, it is only available in the international market. However, if Honda decides to launch it in India, it will directly compete with the upcoming Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R.

Overall, the 2024 Honda CBR600RR showcases Honda’s commitment to delivering a thrilling and high-performance super sport motorcycle, combining classic elements with modern advancements.
